I’ve always loved completing tasks. As a child, even the smallest tasks felt like a treasure hunt to me. Over time, I developed a love for working in teams, solving problems, and taking responsibility for important things. These early experiences shaped my path toward business development and project management.
A big part of my journey has also been influenced by my brother. He played a huge role in helping me understand this field, guiding me along the way. Thanks to his support and advice, I found my true passion, and I’m loving every bit of it.
Why I Love Completing Tasks?
From my childhood, I’ve had a strong sense of satisfaction when completing tasks. Whether it was schoolwork or a personal project, I treated each task like a mission to finish. This love for getting things done stayed with me as I grew older. Now, in my career, this same passion drives me to complete projects, meet deadlines, and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Working with Teams is What I Enjoy
One of the things I enjoy the most is working with a team. Whether it’s a small group or a large team, I love collaborating and making sure everyone is on the same page. In both business development and project management, teamwork is essential. We come together to achieve a common goal, and that’s something I find very exciting.
When I started working with international clients from countries like the UAE and Australia, I realized the power of teamwork even more. Every successful project taught me that when people work together, they can achieve amazing things.
The Shift from Freelancing to Business Development
I started my career as a freelancer. Freelancing taught me how to manage my time, work independently, and meet client expectations. As I gained more experience, I realized I wanted to do more than just complete tasks. I wanted to help businesses grow, so I decided to shift to business development.
My first major projects came from international clients. These clients trusted me to handle their work, and project by project, we built strong, lasting relationships. This is the heart of business development—building trust and delivering great results.
Discovering Project Management.
As my career progressed, I realized the importance of managing projects well. To improve my skills, I completed Google Project Management and PMP (Project Management Professional) certifications. These courses taught me how to plan projects, set goals, manage risks, and ensure everything stays on track.
What I love about project management is seeing an idea come to life. I enjoy guiding a project from start to finish, ensuring that all the pieces come together smoothly. Each project is a new challenge, and I learn something new every time.
How My Brother Shaped My Career?
A key figure in my journey has been my brother (Siddharth Kaul). He has played a significant role in shaping my career and guiding me toward business development and project management. He helped me understand what these fields are really about and how they match my skills and interests. Thanks to his support, I found a career that I truly love.
The Joy of Learning and Growing
One of the best parts of my job is that I’m always learning. Every project teaches me something new—whether it’s a new skill, a better way to manage time, or how to work with different people. This continuous learning keeps me excited about my work, and I’m always eager to take on new challenges.
